Cancellation Policy

At Zapid, managed by Naganga HealthCare Private Limited, we aim to provide our customers with a seamless experience from placing an order to receiving their products. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel your order. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of orders on Zapid.


1. Order Cancellation by the Customer

Customers have the ability to cancel their orders on Zapid before the order has been dispatched for delivery. Once an order is prepared and dispatched by the vendor or picked up by the delivery partner, the order cannot be canceled.

How to Cancel an Order:

  • Go to the My Orders section of the Zapid app.
  • Select the order you wish to cancel.
  • Click the Cancel Order button before the order has been dispatched.

Once canceled, you will receive a notification confirming the cancellation of your order. A full refund will be processed for prepaid orders as per our Refund Policy.


2. Order Cancellation by Zapid

In certain situations, Zapid reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  • Unavailability of items: If the item you ordered is unavailable or out of stock at the vendor.
  • Delivery constraints: If there are unforeseen delivery constraints that prevent us from fulfilling your order.
  • Invalid or incomplete delivery address: If the address provided is incorrect or unreachable.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity: If we detect suspicious or fraudulent behavior associated with the order.
  • Technical errors: In case of any technical issues that prevent the successful processing of the order.

In such cases, customers will be informed promptly, and a full refund will be processed for any prepaid orders.


3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

Refunds for orders canceled by either the customer or Zapid will be processed as follows:

  • Prepaid Orders: A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD orders do not involve any refunds since payment is made only upon delivery. If the order is canceled before delivery, no payment is required.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following types of orders cannot be canceled once placed:

  • Orders Dispatched: Once your order has been dispatched and picked up by the delivery partner, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
  • Custom or Personalized Items: Orders that involve customizations or personalization as requested by the customer.
  • Perishable Goods: Orders involving perishable items (e.g., food, fresh groceries) cannot be canceled once the preparation or packaging process has started.

5. Late Cancellations

Orders canceled after they have been dispatched or picked up for delivery will not be eligible for a refund. Customers are advised to cancel their orders as soon as possible, ideally before the vendor starts preparing the order.
