This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle the delivery of products, applicable charges, and estimated delivery times for orders placed with vendors on the Zapid platform.


1. Delivery Areas

Zapid currently operates in select cities and regions across India. To check whether we deliver to your location, please enter your address in the Zapid app. Our services cover:

  • Food & Beverages
  • Groceries
  • Medicines
  • Fashion & Footwear
  • Electronics
  • Beauty & Personal Care
  • Home Essentials
  • Parcels
  • Farmers Corner

We are continuously expanding our delivery zones to serve more areas. If we do not deliver to your location yet, please stay tuned for updates!


2. Delivery Timeframes

At Zapid, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly as possible. The delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and the type of products ordered:

Food & Beverages:

Delivery within 10-25 minutes from the time of order placement.

Groceries, Medicines, and qCommerce Items:

Delivery within 10-45 minutes from the time of order placement, depending on product availability and distance.

Fashion, Electronics, Home Essentials & Other Products:

Delivery within 10-35 minutes from the time of order placement for non-perishable and non-urgent items.

While we strive to meet these delivery times, certain factors such as weather, traffic, and vendor processing times may result in delays. In such cases, we will keep you informed of the status of your delivery.


3. Order Tracking

Zapid offers real-time order tracking for all deliveries. Once your order has been placed and confirmed by the vendor, you can track the status of your delivery through the Zapid app.

Tracking features include:

  • Order preparation status
  • Dispatch time
  • Estimated delivery time
  • Live location of the delivery partner

Notifications will be sent to keep you updated about the progress of your order, including any potential delays or issues with the delivery.


4. Delivery Partner Interaction

Our delivery partners are trained to provide courteous and timely service. In case of any issues during delivery, you can directly contact the delivery partner through the Zapid app. If the issue persists, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.


5. Delivery Issues

While we aim to make all deliveries successfully, certain situations may arise where delivery could be affected:

  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
  • Recipient unavailable to accept delivery.
  • Restricted access to the delivery location (e.g., gated communities, security concerns).
  • Delivery partner unable to locate the address despite efforts.

In such cases, the delivery may be canceled, and no refund will be provided for the delivery fee. Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate.


6. International Shipping

Currently, Zapid only delivers within India and does not offer international shipping services. We are focusing on expanding our services locally to ensure efficient and reliable deliveries across the country.
